Northline Marketing

Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to Trae Vault digital products sold by Northline Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

Agreement

By completing a purchase, you agree to the version of these Terms shown to you at checkout. If you do not agree, do not purchase. Save a copy for your records. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Products and prices

Trae Vault products are downloadable digital courses, worksheets, prompts, AI-agent instructions, calculators, and workflow templates. Nothing physical ships. The marketed products are the Offer Kit for $27 CAD and the Local Client System for $149 CAD. The Local Client System includes the Offer Kit. Any promotion is applied at checkout.

Delivery

Stripe processes payment. After payment verification—typically within minutes—we send a separate email with a private, expiring download link. Stripe sends its own payment confirmation. If delivery has not arrived within one hour, check spam and contact us. We reissue an expired link for a valid purchase without charge.

Digital-product refund policy

Because access to downloadable digital content is provided shortly after payment verification, purchases are final once access has been provided. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, incompatibility with a preferred workflow, or business results.

Contact us within seven days if you were charged more than once, purchased access was not provided, a delivered file is corrupt or cannot be opened in its documented format, or the product is materially different from its checkout description. We will first try to correct the issue. If we cannot correct it within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other right that applicable law does not allow us to waive. A full refund deactivates download access.

Educational product; no results guarantee

Trae Vault provides education and tools. It does not guarantee income, clients, sales, revenue, or another business result. Results depend on your market, offer, skills, timing, judgment, and execution. The materials are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Licence and intellectual property

Your purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your learning and your own business. You may use outputs you create with the materials in your own business and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, upload, sublicense, or share the underlying Trae Vault materials or download links.

Third-party services

Materials may reference services such as Stripe, AI providers, n8n, Google Sheets, advertising platforms, and suppliers. Those services have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and costs. Automation templates ship inactive and must be reviewed, configured, tested, and operated by you.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful use and for respecting privacy, anti-spam, intellectual-property, platform, advertising, and consumer-protection requirements. The materials may not be used for fraud, deception, unlawful outreach, infringement, or harmful activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trae Vault and Northline Marketing are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the products or third-party services. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Governing law and disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the buyer’s jurisdiction. A dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal with jurisdiction. No consumer is required to waive a forum or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and severability

The Terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
