Northline Marketing

Privacy Policy

How we handle information for the Trae Vault website, free guide, purchases, delivery, support, and optional analytics.

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

Trae Vault is operated by Northline Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Contact [email protected] about privacy. We minimize public disclosure of a residential address and provide legally required contact details through appropriate transaction or regulatory channels.

Information we collect

Free guide: first name, email address, consent record, and visit attribution such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers.

Purchases and delivery: Stripe processes payment-card information; we do not receive or store complete card details. Our fulfillment system stores the buyer’s email, optional name, purchased product, Stripe identifiers, amount and currency, fulfillment or refund status, and associated attribution. We store one-way download-token hashes rather than raw token secrets.

Support and security: information submitted in support messages, masked operational logs, security events, and keyed rate-limit records.

Optional analytics and advertising: after affirmative consent, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity may receive site events, device or browser information, IP-derived information, and attribution parameters.

How we use information

  • Deliver requested guides and paid products.
  • Verify purchases, provide or reissue access, and handle support or required remedies.
  • Secure, monitor, and diagnose the service.
  • Maintain accounting and tax records.
  • Send promotional email only where the required consent or lawful basis exists.
  • Measure advertising and site performance only after optional-tracking consent.

Consent and cookies

Optional analytics and advertising remain off until a visitor affirmatively accepts them. Visitors may accept, reject, or later change their choice. Necessary processing used to remember that choice, prevent abuse, provide the site, and complete requested transactions does not depend on optional consent. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent use of the site or purchased products.

Service providers and international processing

We use providers including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email. With consent, analytics providers may include Google, Meta, and Microsoft. Providers may process information outside a visitor’s province or country, where it may be subject to foreign law.

Retention

  • Transaction and accounting records: six years after the end of the last tax year to which they relate.
  • Fulfillment and support identifiers not needed for accounting: deleted or anonymized 24 months after the last order or support activity.
  • Guide leads that do not become customers: deleted after 24 months of inactivity, or sooner where appropriate following withdrawal.
  • Consent and suppression records: retained as needed to demonstrate and honour the choice.
  • Security and rate-limit records: retained only for the operational period needed to prevent abuse or investigate incidents.

Security

We use private expiring download links, one-way token hashes, encrypted provider secrets, access controls, masked logs, and data minimization. No system can guarantee absolute security. We investigate suspected incidents and provide notices where legally required.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access or correction, withdraw optional consent, unsubscribe from marketing, or request deletion or anonymization. Limited records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or suppression purposes. Contact us at the email above. We may reasonably verify identity before responding.

Children

Trae Vault is intended for adults operating or preparing to operate a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy prospectively. The effective date above will change when the policy changes, and material changes will be communicated where required.
