The Accelerator is not for people who are figuring out the basics. The three courses in this ladder handle that. This program is for a specific person — one who has already proven their model and just needs to close the gap faster than they can alone.

12 weeks. Built around your business.

Not a curriculum. Not a group program. Three phases over 12 weeks, built entirely around your specific numbers, constraints, and next moves.

Weeks 1–2: Audit & Roadmap

Full business audit — offers, pricing, team, pipeline, metrics, and financial baseline. By the end of Week 2 you have a clear picture of exactly where you are, what the constraints are, and a custom 90-day roadmap built around them. No generic templates.

Weeks 3–8: Build & Execute

Bi-weekly 90-minute working sessions focused on execution. Each call reviews what you completed, what got stuck, and what needs adjustment. The roadmap is a living document — it updates based on what the data shows, not what the original plan assumed.
